Certified 203k Contractor Enrollment

• Enrolling to become a Certified 203k Contractor^® will take approximately 10 minutes.
• Please have ready any license/registration document(s), insurance document or Insurance contact /information, and customer references
• After applying, contractors are permitted a maximum of 30 calendar days to complete the 203k Contractor Education Course which typically can be completed in 10-15 hours.
