How to become a Certified 203k Contractor®
The accreditation process of becoming a Certified 203k Contractor® requires that the contractor meets FHA minimum requirements, completes the 203k education course, and verification of license, insurance, working capital, and residential remodeling experience.
The Certified 203k Contractor® accreditation is the validation that your company possesses the necessary 203k knowledge, financial resources, and ability to properly and efficiently complete FHA 203k projects within federal guidelines and state banking regulations.
Being a Certified 203k Contractor® means that you will get access to the thousands of FHA 203k projects available and that you will know:
